The Context

Sui is a fast-growing Layer 1 blockchain with global ambitions and serious technical credentials. But global protocols often struggle to build genuine local roots. They sponsor a stage, give a talk, and leave. The community doesn't stick because nobody made it feel like theirs.

The challenge: make Sui feel relevant and accessible to Detroit's developer and founder community. Not another protocol pitching from a stage, but a real introduction to a real neighborhood.
